Cirra-Sue’s collection that lit the runway during the recently concluded Kampala Fashion Week is up for grabs. There is no need to wait for the outfits to hit the rails at a store near you. Some of the designers I spoke to said we have to wait for 2018 to buy any of the outfits showcased at Kampala Fashion Week 2017! Cirra Thompson made the announcement early this week that for USD 300 one can get the full outfit including accessories and shoes. Remember there is only one of everything in this ready to wear collection. The collection is called R&R, which stands for Revive & Repurpose. As the name suggests, the collection was primarily made out of second hand clothing. The idea is to create a sustainable fashion that can indefinitely contribute to the environmental, economical and social well being of Uganda.
